<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1. 過量攝入水分：</strong>短時間內攝入大量的水，會導致體內的水分過量。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2. 腎臟功能受損：</strong>腎臟無法有效排出過量的水，可能導致水中毒。腎臟功能受損或慢性腎病患者更容易發生水中毒。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3. 激烈運動後過量飲水：</strong>長時間或高強度運動後，由於大量出汗導致電解質流失，如果僅補充大量的水而不補充電解質，會增加水中毒的風險。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1. 適量飲水：</strong>根據個人需求和活動量調整飲水量，通常建議每天飲用約每公斤體重30~40cc的水，但具體數量應視個人情況而定！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2. 平衡電解質：</strong>長時間或高強度運動後，應特別注意補充含有電解質的飲料或食物，幫助維持體內電解質平衡。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3. 分次飲水：</strong>避免在短時間內大量飲水，可以用吸管或分次小口飲用，讓身體有足夠時間處理攝入的水分。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>4. 注意腎臟健康：</strong>健康均衡飲食，定期檢查腎臟功能，確保其正常運作。若有腎臟問題，需特別注意水分攝取是否需要調整。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">飲水對健康非常重要，但過量的水攝入可能會導致水中毒，特別是在短時間內大量飲水或在腎臟功能受損的情況下。保持適量飲水，注意電解質平衡，是預防水中毒的關鍵。了解自己的身體需求，根據活動量和環境調整飲水量，有助於避免水中毒的風險</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="wp-block-paragraph">喝咖啡會骨質疏鬆嗎 ？愛喝咖啡的你是不是也會有這個疑問，這也確實是營養師很常聽到的問題，現今社會常常人手都馬一杯咖啡，關於咖啡和身體健康時常被討論，有關咖啡對骨質的影響也不免成為熱門話題，擔心咖啡會影起骨質疏鬆，尤其是特殊族群，但你知道嗎？其實適量喝咖啡和骨質疏鬆沒有關係！適量咖啡對身體或多或少還有些益處呢！</p>



<p class="has-background has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>喝咖啡會骨質疏鬆嗎 ？</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">為什麼咖啡會和骨質疏鬆扯上關係？原來是<strong>咖啡豆裡的草酸會抑制鈣質吸收，</strong>因此時常聽到「專家建議：咖啡避免與鈣質含量高的食物同時攝取」問題來了！<strong>誰會直接吃生的咖啡豆？</strong>咖啡豆經過烘焙、加工、磨粉和沖泡變成一杯咖啡後，草酸含量少掉很多，一杯中杯300cc的黑咖啡約有3毫克的草酸，要結合掉高鈣食物當中的鈣質，導致鈣質吸收不足其實不太容易！</p>



<p class="has-background has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>「咖啡因」有影響嗎？</strong></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在化學機轉上，沒有研究可以證實咖啡因會直接影響鈣質的吸收，對於骨質的健康來說，咖啡因在腸道吸收層面上並沒有負面影響，然而咖啡因則有可能作用在骨頭鈣質的維持，大量的咖啡因可能會刺激骨細胞釋出鈣質，也可能影響維生素D的在骨骼上的作用。過去曾有調查研究顯示，攝取較多咖啡(每天超過4杯)的骨質疏鬆風險，但<strong>僅限於本身鈣質就攝取不足的高風險族群</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x1f4cd;<strong>鈣質攝取建議：</strong>每日建議攝取量19歲以上成年人為1000mg，13~18歲青少年則為1200mg。每天攝取不足1~1.5杯乳品恐有缺乏鈣質風險，因此若無補充乳品習慣，需特別注意膳食攝取是否充足。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x1f4cd;<strong>高風險族群：</strong>年紀大的長者、身體原已缺發之孕婦、成長期青少年或孩童、服用特殊藥物族群</p>



<p class="has-background has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>咖啡控如何養好骨頭？</strong></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">咖啡控和啡咖啡控都一樣，需要多多注意骨骼的健康，而骨骼健康並非補充鈣質就足夠了，一味補鈣而忽略其他骨骼建造需求的條件，對骨質健康並無好處喔！以下是骨質保健完整的建議：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1. 足量鈣鎂：</strong>充分攝取富有鈣與鎂的食物，例如：乳品類、深綠色蔬菜、板豆腐、豆乾、堅果種子等</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2. 維生素D：</strong>適度日曬，把握冬天日曬機會，特殊族群可考慮保健品</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3. 有效補鈣：</strong>攝取補鈣食物同時，避免大量食用高磷含量、草酸、或咖啡因等食物，以免補充效率不佳</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>4. 適量運動：</strong>運動可以促進生長激素分泌，同時也才能有效刺激骨骼健康</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>5. 生活型態：</strong>充足休息、避免抽菸酗酒酒，抗發炎生活有利骨質健康！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>普林、尿酸和痛風</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">痛風來自於血液中過多的尿酸，形成結晶沈積於關節處導致發炎，而高尿酸血症可能源於代謝異常（生成過多、排除不足）、飲食因素、藥物或酒精攝取等等因素，其中飲食因素又以：<strong>高普林飲食有關</strong>，普林為生物的細胞內成分，因此有細胞的食物就可能有普林。普林在體內會由肝臟代謝成尿酸，最後經油腎臟排出，因此從飲食的攝取、肝臟的合成，到最後腎臟的排除，都會影響體內尿酸的含量</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>香菇和痛風無關</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">根據飲食型態和血液尿酸濃度的關係調查顯示，<strong>含有較高普林的植物性食物例如：黃豆製品、乾香菇等，並不會引起血中尿酸的增加</strong>，因此幾乎不可能會引起痛風，加上以植物性食物為主的飲食型態，同時也有利於代謝的健康。反倒是<strong>動物性食物：內臟、肉類與肉湯汁等、海鮮、酒精和含糖飲料</strong>才是高尿酸血症和痛風的最主要飲食風險因子，如果已經處於急性發作期，請優先諮詢主治醫生！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="wp-block-paragraph">小時候胖不是胖 ，你有聽過這句話嗎？其實嚴格上來說這句話只對一半的，因為大部分的人可能小時候胖，長大也胖，就算不胖也相對容易胖（沒胖還好，一胖不得了！）所以當小朋友出現體重過重的時候，請不要用這句話來安慰彼此，因為小時候的胖除了長大更容易胖之外，各種慢性疾病、代謝症候群可是直接讓小朋友的健康輸在起跑點啊！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>小時後胖不是胖 ？</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">肥胖的兩個原因：脂肪細胞數量變多和體積變大，青春期和青春期以前的肥胖，來自<strong>脂肪細胞的增生（脂肪細胞變多，多出許多囤油滴的倉庫）</strong>，然而在成年之後，脂肪細胞數量維持，變胖則會來自於<strong>脂肪細胞體積增加（脂肪細胞變大，倉庫裡囤積更多的油滴）</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">所以小時後的胖，代表<strong>較多的囤油倉庫（</strong>脂肪細胞）因此<strong>囤油的倉庫多</strong>，成年後累積油滴空間多，肥胖機會就更大了!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>簡言之：小時候胖，長大就更容易胖</strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>更小時候的胖才不是胖</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">脂肪細胞有兩種：棕色和白色</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x2611;&#xfe0f;棕色脂肪細胞有<strong>產生熱能和代謝功能</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x2611;&#xfe0f;白色脂肪細胞有<strong>儲存能量和保護功能</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">肥胖通常是過多的白色脂肪，以及相對較少的棕色脂肪所導致。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">但唯獨寶寶時期的嬰兒肥，是來自棕色脂肪細胞，能幫助嬰兒身體產熱。然而隨著年紀增加，孩童期便開始囤積白色脂肪細胞，用以儲存能量，成長期間（孩童期至青春期）如有過多能量要儲存時，就會快速增生新的細胞，因此<strong>僅有寶寶的嬰兒肥才能夠說是：小時候的胖不是胖</strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>小時候胖如何改善</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一般來說，人過了成長期後脂肪細胞數量維持，減肥不會減少，因此成人減脂是<strong>以縮小脂肪細胞體積</strong>為主！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">也因為脂肪細胞在成長期數量會增加並固定，因此在意識到小朋友體位過重時，建議<strong>需要及時控制體重</strong>，但並<strong>不建議減重</strong>，請著重於均衡飲食，提升營養密度，降低熱量密度，減少空有熱量的食物或飲料等。除了飲食之外，<strong>多多活動、運動</strong>更是成長期的小朋友或青少年的健康關鍵喔！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>銀耳湯沒有膠原蛋白</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">膠原蛋白僅存在於動物性食物當中，植物不含膠原蛋白，<strong>植物性膠原蛋白根本不存在。</strong>銀耳（白木耳）或黑木耳等蕈菇類屬於六大類食物中的蔬菜，含有豐富的<strong>多醣體</strong>，使得其具有膠質口感，其他黏黏滑滑的植物性食物，例如：秋葵、皇宮菜，或是全穀雜量類當中的山藥、燕麥等，具有類似膠質口感的成分多半為<strong>水溶性膳食纖維</strong>，或是<strong>葡萄糖聚合成的多醣體</strong>，<strong>並非</strong>所謂的膠原蛋白喔！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>豬腳也難補膠原蛋白</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">豬皮、豬腳、雞爪或魚皮等動物性皮筋類型食物，含有人體吸收率極低的大分子膠原蛋白，膠原蛋白本身對腸胃來說分子過於龐大，難以消化和吸收，實際上<strong>我們的身上的膠原蛋白是仰賴自身合成為主</strong>，所以食物當中的膠原蛋白補充效率很差，加上這類食物含有相當可觀的飽和性脂肪，且缺乏必需基酸，為不完全蛋白質，對於養顏美容和營養健康，<strong>都沒有幫助！</strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>最有效的補足膠原蛋白</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">維持體內膠原蛋白的生成有兩大方式：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">燕麥奶主要成分燕麥為<strong>全穀雜糧類</strong>，根據衛福部的每日飲食指南，在六大類食物的分類當中，奶類、乳品類包括牛乳、羊乳與其相關製品，例如：優格、優酪乳和起司等，富有蛋白質和鈣質等營養。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">每一份全脂乳品類提供150大卡熱量、8g完全蛋白質、12g碳水化合物8g乳脂肪，而燕麥奶的營養素<strong>不屬於乳品類</strong>範疇，因此也<strong>無法提供完全蛋白質和鈣質</strong>！</p>



<p class="has-background has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>燕麥奶是什麼？</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">近幾年流行的燕麥奶，主要成分如其名有燕麥，加工過程中除去燕麥纖維，過濾成如奶一般質地的漿液，通常<strong>為了適口性會添加油脂</strong>（例如：菜籽油等植物性油脂）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">因此營養成分上比單純燕麥或燕麥飲多了「脂肪」的含量，所以要說燕麥奶和豬油拌飯是同一國的也沒錯，兩者都是<strong>全穀雜糧類(澱粉)加上油脂類的複合性食物</strong>！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">食物壞掉的原因</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">食物會酸敗、變質源自於病原菌的孳生，最常見的不外乎<strong>細菌的生長</strong>，也就是滋生細菌會導致食物壞掉，孳生導致細菌變多，越多的細菌對人體的風險當然就越高。倘若不小心攝取了壞掉的食物，除了食物本身營養流失之外，也會因此攝取到細菌本身，還有其分泌的毒素，進而導致一連串的人體不良反應，也就是所謂的<strong>食物中毒，</strong>小至輕微症狀，例如腸胃不適，嚴重的話也可能會有致命的風險。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">食物壞掉的條件</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">細菌滋生最主要的兩個條件：水和溫度，而通常食物中的水分都十分充足，新鮮的食物尤其，對細菌生長來說相當充裕，而溫度的部分，最適合細菌生長的溫度落在<strong>7到60</strong>攝氏度之間，在這個溫度區間內，細菌會大量的繁衍，由於其生物特性，繁演的速度可說是相當快速（指數生長），因此這個溫度區間我們稱作：<strong>危險溫度帶</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">正因為食物壞掉或餿掉源自於細菌生長，而細菌孳生的條件和<strong>溫度</strong>有直接關係，而危險溫度帶是細菌的舒適圈，因此<strong>剛起鍋的飯菜很快就會落到危險溫度，</strong>在室溫放涼的過程中，細菌同時也大量繁殖中，建議飯菜沒有要馬上吃的話<strong>請直接放進冰箱</strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">危險溫度帶與食物的安全</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">食物壞掉或餿掉源自於細菌生長，而細菌孳生的條件和<strong>溫度</strong>有直接關係，適合他們生長的溫度範圍稱作<strong>危險溫度帶</strong>，也就是<strong>攝氏7~60度之間</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">危險溫度帶是細菌的舒適圈，因此<strong>剛起鍋的飯菜很快就會落到危險溫度，</strong>在室溫放涼的過程中，細菌同時也大量繁殖中，建議飯菜沒有要馬上吃的話<strong>請直接放進冰箱</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>安全加熱與烹煮：</strong>食物中心的溫度需達至少70度以上，才能有效殺滅多數的病原菌<br><strong>保存之保溫食物：</strong>食物溫度必須落在攝氏60~65度之間，以利細菌生長不易滋生<br><strong>保存之保冷食物：</strong>食物的溫度必須低於攝氏7度以下，也就是冰箱冷藏的標準溫度</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">相信你也有食物儲存至冰箱冷藏但仍舊壞掉的經驗，代表不是脫離危險溫度帶細菌就不會繁衍，而是相對孳生速度較慢而已！因此食物還是安全、衛生、新鮮食用最保險和健康喔！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>熱菜放冰箱，冰箱會壞掉？</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">你家冰箱有這麼弱嗎<strong>&#x1f605;</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">只要<strong>不是熱到還在滾的食物</strong>，<strong>通通都可以直接放冰箱！</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果冰箱或飯菜因此而壞掉，代表<strong>你該換一台新的冰箱了，</strong>因為它的冷藏根本不達<strong>攝氏7度以下</strong>的標準，這樣很危險，因為縱使不是熱菜，連放一般溫度的食物都很有可能壞掉！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>熱菜放冰箱明明就會壞！</strong></strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">食物壞掉的原因：<strong>細菌孳生</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">容易壞的食物：<br>1. 本身<strong>帶菌數量多</strong>（交叉污染、生食或處理不當）<br>2. 儲放食物環境清潔不足有污染<br>3. 食物曾暴露於<strong>危險溫度</strong>一段時間</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">因此<strong>冰箱性能不佳、</strong>沒有<strong>定期清潔、存放已壞掉食物</strong>等<strong>，</strong>都可能使<strong>冰箱裡的食物更容易壞掉，</strong>此外若同時<strong>儲存溫差太大的食物</strong>也會提高食物暴露於危險溫度的風險，例如：同時盛裝熱菜和冷凍菜</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">你有聽過「 女生都是水做的 」這句話嗎？撇除性別上的刻板印象，以科學角度來說，身體組成確實有部分是水，只是若以生理男性和女性的身體水分比例上來看，其實&#8230;男生才是水做的（蛤！？）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在人體組成當中，有水、肌肉、脂肪和骨骼，以健康的成年人來說，身體水份率：<strong>女性約有45~60%，男性則有50~65%</strong>，因此平均來說，<strong>男生的體水份率是比女性還高</strong>，所以，不要再說女生是水做的，因為<strong>男生也是水做的，而且還比女生多</strong>！</p>



<h1 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">「人有七成都是水做的」這句話也是錯的？</h1>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">人有七成都是水做的，這句話<strong>只適用於嬰兒</strong>，剛出生的嬰兒體水份平均達到七成以上，相較較成年人高。然而滿週歲後降為六成多，也就是，<strong>隨著年紀增長，體水份逐漸降低</strong>，所以精準來說：<strong>我們都曾經有七成都是水做的</strong>！</p>



<h1 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">身體水份率為什麼男生比女生多？</h1>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">身體水份含量會和瘦體組織（也就是脂肪以外的組成）有關，通常肌肉量高的人，體水分率相對高，但是<strong>體脂率越高，體水份反而會越低</strong>，因此體脂偏高的人若能同時注意體水分的提升有機會提高減脂的效率喔！</p>



<h1 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">身體水份率目標要如何設定</h1>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於身體水分率會和受體組織（例如：肌肉量）有關，因此建議體水份率目標可以至少設定在<strong>女性50%以上，男性55%以上</strong>，可以透過減脂和增肌來提升身體水分率喲！</p>
