<p class="has-medium-font-size">今天分享一個超級無敵簡單的零食食譜，是從《會吃就會做的零失敗甜點》參考而來，起初是被書名吸引，有在閱讀我的文章的朋友都知道，身為營養師的我特別愛吃，尤其點心或零食更是我執著的地方！而零廚藝系列更是從人性的懶作為出發點研發的系列，因此這本書可真是和我一拍即合！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-medium-font-size">希臘優格 (Greek Yogurt)在近幾年來已經流行好一陣子了，剛好上週在&#x1f1e8;&#x1f1e6;Costco買了三罐希臘優格，口味和在台灣吃的滿相近的，包裝一樣一次就是要買三罐，對於小家庭來說實在有點多，但這款優格頗為營養，有著高蛋白質和益生菌，零脂肪也不失濃稠的口感，加上剛好現在夏天，涼涼的優格除了可以單吃外，還可以製作成各種甜點&#x1f60b;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-medium-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">希臘優格 是什麼？</h2>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">希臘優格有什麼特別呢？和一般優格差在哪裡？其實顧名思義希臘優格就是源自於希臘周邊（地中海東邊地區），和一般優格差異在於希臘優格的製程、質地和營養成分有些許不同，由於早期的希臘優格為用於料理當中的食材，因此水分相對少一點，在製作過程中會濃縮再濃縮，也因此質地會比一般優格濃稠，蛋白質比例也會因此提高&#x1f4aa;</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">3. 建議使用無加糖優格，甜味可自行調整，避免過多添加影響質地，當然也比較健康</p>

<p>自己做點心脆脆麵真的很簡單，材料也比想像中還單純，只要麵、油和調味即可，只要氣炸鍋就可以完全搞定酥脆的口感！脆脆的零食實在太療癒人心了&#x2764;&#xfe0f;<br>自製的這款點心脆麵只有市售零食麵的一半熱量，不用擔心棕梠油或氫化油等反式脂肪問題，調味還可以自由替換口味，辣粉、薑黃粉、咖哩粉隨你加～超脆超涮嘴，實在太開心了，可能要擔心吃太多的問題&#x1f639;</p>



<p>吃了自己做的零食才會發現，我其實不是不愛零食，而是～太愛了，由於市售的零食總是充斥大量的添加物，促使身體發炎和致病的風險極高，但卻不會讓人立即察覺，這種潛在摸不定的危機實在最可怕，總是在發現自己有狀況時才有所警覺，於是「盡量不買不囤零食」對我來說是最好的解決之道&#x1f639;</p>



<p>However現在人在異地他鄉，採買和外食都比在台灣麻煩許多，而三餐都自己料理也是會疲倦，於是自製些零嘴來解解饞，做出好吃的食物～真的很療癒&#x1f604;</p>



<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f;此點心為全穀雜糧類（澱粉）記得要替換其他餐的澱粉份量喔！</p>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">黑胡椒粉 適量</li>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">鹽巴 適量</li>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">將調味麵體放上鋪好烘焙紙的平盤</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">再取一張烘焙紙蓋在麵體上</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">用另一盤子壓平調味麵體</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">冷凍30分鐘定型</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">取出麵體切成方型小塊</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">氣炸鍋180度C 15分鐘</li>
