										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">希臘優格 (Greek Yogurt)在近幾年來已經流行好一陣子了，剛好上週在&#x1f1e8;&#x1f1e6;Costco買了三罐希臘優格，口味和在台灣吃的滿相近的，包裝一樣一次就是要買三罐，對於小家庭來說實在有點多，但這款優格頗為營養，有著高蛋白質和益生菌，零脂肪也不失濃稠的口感，加上剛好現在夏天，涼涼的優格除了可以單吃外，還可以製作成各種甜點&#x1f60b;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-medium-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">希臘優格 是什麼？</h2>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">希臘優格有什麼特別呢？和一般優格差在哪裡？其實顧名思義希臘優格就是源自於希臘周邊（地中海東邊地區），和一般優格差異在於希臘優格的製程、質地和營養成分有些許不同，由於早期的希臘優格為用於料理當中的食材，因此水分相對少一點，在製作過程中會濃縮再濃縮，也因此質地會比一般優格濃稠，蛋白質比例也會因此提高&#x1f4aa;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">近期一直想要研究新食譜<br>幾乎每天都會做上一盤餅乾<br>然後也幾乎隔天就吃光<br>當然肚子也好像因此圓了一圈<br>根本假借研究食譜來吃點心<br>難道人家為夏天的準備是好身材穿比基尼<br>我準備自帶游泳圈&#x1f6df;</p>
