<p class="wp-block-paragraph">自己做點心脆脆麵真的很簡單，材料也比想像中還單純，只要麵、油和調味即可，只要氣炸鍋就可以完全搞定酥脆的口感！脆脆的零食實在太療癒人心了&#x2764;&#xfe0f;<br>自製的這款點心脆麵只有市售零食麵的一半熱量，不用擔心棕梠油或氫化油等反式脂肪問題，調味還可以自由替換口味，辣粉、薑黃粉、咖哩粉隨你加～超脆超涮嘴，實在太開心了，可能要擔心吃太多的問題&#x1f639;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">吃了自己做的零食才會發現，我其實不是不愛零食，而是～太愛了，由於市售的零食總是充斥大量的添加物，促使身體發炎和致病的風險極高，但卻不會讓人立即察覺，這種潛在摸不定的危機實在最可怕，總是在發現自己有狀況時才有所警覺，於是「盡量不買不囤零食」對我來說是最好的解決之道&#x1f639;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">However現在人在異地他鄉，採買和外食都比在台灣麻煩許多，而三餐都自己料理也是會疲倦，於是自製些零嘴來解解饞，做出好吃的食物～真的很療癒&#x1f604;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x26a0;&#xfe0f;此點心為全穀雜糧類（澱粉）記得要替換其他餐的澱粉份量喔！</p>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">酪梨油 5ml</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">黑胡椒粉 適量</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">薑黃粉 適量</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">鹽巴 適量</li>
</ol>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">滾水煮熟蕎麥麵（約5分鐘）</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">瀝乾拌入油和調味料成調味麵體</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">將烘焙紙鋪在平盤上</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">將調味麵體放上鋪好烘焙紙的平盤</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">再取一張烘焙紙蓋在麵體上</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">用另一盤子壓平調味麵體</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">冷凍30分鐘定型</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">取出麵體切成方型小塊</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">氣炸鍋180度C 15分鐘</li>
