<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">蒸蛋技巧 2個零孔洞的關鍵</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">第一：水分要夠多，蛋和水的體積比例＝1：2</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">第二：蒸蛋的碗或盤要加蓋</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">只要做到以上兩個技巧，基本上就可以蒸出一個完美無瑕的嫩蒸蛋了！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">蒸蛋技巧 水嫩蒸蛋豆腐</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">蒸蛋除了單吃之外，加入豆腐可以增加蛋白質之外，也可以增加口感的豐富度，處此之外，豆腐的營養價值更不在話下，富含完整蛋白質之外，也提供了黃豆中的植物性化合物，板豆腐或傳統豆腐也提供了鈣質，讓蒸蛋不只有雞蛋的營養，是一道接受度很高的蛋白質料理！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">調味的部分，除了醬油外，添加紫蘇油，讓口感更滑順之外，更提供了有別於雞蛋和豆腐的營養：多元不飽合脂肪酸omega-3，同蛋白質為人體必需營養素之一，也是現代人最容易缺乏的營養素之一，主要功能有抗發炎、抗氧化等，有保護人體細胞受到氧化傷害的重要生理功能！</p>

<li class="has-normal-font-size">將豆腐切成小塊，厚度約1公分</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">將切好的豆腐擺入深盤內</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">將雞蛋打散加入水攪拌均勻</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">雞蛋液倒入擺好豆腐的深盤中</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">電鍋外鍋加入兩杯水</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">蒸蛋上加蓋再蓋上電鍋蓋子</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">蒸約25~30分鐘起鍋</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">取出稍微散熱後淋上紫蘇油和醬油</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>體重短時間起伏不外乎「水」、「未消化食物」與「沒排乾淨的便便」</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x1f4cd;生理期前後可以差到幾公斤？<br>就我的觀察，前後差1公斤是基本，甚至有人和我說之前可以差到3公斤！<br></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x2705;水其實很重：根據質量守恆，喝一罐500cc的水，你當下就可以馬上變「重」0.5公斤，所以可想而知，你能有多水腫就有多「重」！<br></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x2705;食物很重，便便也很驚人：經前時常遇到排便不順，那吃進來的都去哪了？當然是哪也沒去，都在你的肚肚裡，生理期間也因賀爾蒙作祟，敏感的人甚至會拉肚子，這時候排排乾淨的恐怕比你想像得多！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">生理期前注意水分攝取，同時穩定腸道狀態，避免經前又腫又累，只換來生理期大吃不胖這美麗的誤會，哪怕更慘的是，生理期前胖，生理期還繼續胖&#8230;施主回頭是岸啊！</p>
