										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">自製洋芋片 居然可以又好吃又健康？洋芋片是人見人愛的零食之一，但對於減脂的人來說可真是又愛又恨，一不小心碰到就會一口接一口停不下來，不吃則以，一吃驚人的程度。難道沒有可以保有健康又可以吃洋芋片的折衷的方式嗎？恭喜各位！還真的有！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">今天分享一個超級無敵簡單的零食食譜，是從《會吃就會做的零失敗甜點》參考而來，起初是被書名吸引，有在閱讀我的文章的朋友都知道，身為營養師的我特別愛吃，尤其點心或零食更是我執著的地方！而零廚藝系列更是從人性的懶作為出發點研發的系列，因此這本書可真是和我一拍即合！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">不用華麗的技巧、場地、器具和食材，人人都可以做甜點！當然不能和專業技術相比，作為諮詢營養師的我來說，製作食物給自己吃，是一個非常重要的技能，代表你願意自己把關每一口食物和每一份營養，這在自我照顧的人生課題當中，是相當重要的，已經無關食物本身的營養價值，而是你看待食物的眼光是珍視的，而非為吃而吃。</p>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">洋蔥、蒜頭和紅蘿蔔切碎</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">蘑菇切片、蒂頭切小段（和洋蔥碎一般大）馬鈴薯切小小丁</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">炒鍋冷鍋加橄欖油、洋蔥、蒜頭和蘑菇蒂頭、紅蘿蔔和馬鈴薯至軟化半熟</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">加入鮮奶、蘑菇片、玉米、毛豆和調味料燉煮約20分鐘至材料熟透即可</li>
