<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">2. 將紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯切丁，於電鍋外鍋置一杯水和蛋、玉米粒一起蒸25~30分鐘</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">3. 將蛋去殼和馬鈴薯一起搗碎，混入紅蘿蔔、玉米粒</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">4. 加入調味料，冷藏15分鐘</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">5. 將小黃瓜片重疊2/3面積鋪平於壽司卷上</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">6. 將馬鈴薯蛋沙拉鋪平於小黃瓜片上</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">還記得以前很喜歡平日請特休假，自己一個人去爬山，初の鮨就是某次我爬完象山後發現的餐廳，後來幾次和啊廷一起去，我們都很喜歡，雖然店面不大但生意很好，可以吃到我們愛的握壽司和到烤魚&#x1f41f;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">挑選有肉的握壽司可以補充優質蛋白質，不管魚肉、花枝、干貝或蝦，都是完全蛋白質組合，飽和脂肪相對其他肉類低上許多，根據蟬聯數年最健康飲食法冠軍的「地中海飲食」也建議：「每週要攝取2~3次海鮮魚肉&#x1f60b;」</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">地中海飲食是全球公認的健康飲食類型<br>眾多研究指出地中海飲食可預防各種疾病<br>包括了近幾年研究主力之一「 失智 」<br>除了飲食之外，也強調了<strong>規律的運動</strong>與<strong>良好人際關係</strong><br>(講人際關係好像有點沉重?就是與他人建立良好聯繫)<br>對於整體的健康(Wellness)包括了身體和心理的健康都有長遠的效益&#x1f4aa;&#x1f3fb; </p>
