<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">蒸蛋技巧 2個零孔洞的關鍵</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">第一：水分要夠多，蛋和水的體積比例＝1：2</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">第二：蒸蛋的碗或盤要加蓋</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">只要做到以上兩個技巧，基本上就可以蒸出一個完美無瑕的嫩蒸蛋了！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">蒸蛋技巧 水嫩蒸蛋豆腐</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">蒸蛋除了單吃之外，加入豆腐可以增加蛋白質之外，也可以增加口感的豐富度，處此之外，豆腐的營養價值更不在話下，富含完整蛋白質之外，也提供了黃豆中的植物性化合物，板豆腐或傳統豆腐也提供了鈣質，讓蒸蛋不只有雞蛋的營養，是一道接受度很高的蛋白質料理！</p>



<p>調味的部分，除了醬油外，添加紫蘇油，讓口感更滑順之外，更提供了有別於雞蛋和豆腐的營養：多元不飽合脂肪酸omega-3，同蛋白質為人體必需營養素之一，也是現代人最容易缺乏的營養素之一，主要功能有抗發炎、抗氧化等，有保護人體細胞受到氧化傷害的重要生理功能！</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">1. 南瓜、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、蘑菇切小片，甜豆剝皮先燙過備用<br>2. 平底鍋中小火，依序乾炒香蘑菇、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔和南瓜<br>3. 加一點水和一湯匙醬油煨煮以上食材<br>4. 洋蔥透明&amp;南瓜周邊軟化後加入牛肉片<br>5. 米酒、味霖、醬油和白芝麻等調味料全數加完，補點水煨煮自食材熟透，甜豆加入拌勻即可&#x1f44c;&#x1f3fc;</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>嫩豆腐切小丁備用</li><li>豆豉泡熱水備用</li><li>鴻喜菇剝成小瓣，再對切成小段</li><li>青蔥洗淨，蔥白切小珠，蔥綠可切小豬或細絲備用</li><li>蒜頭和老薑洗淨後去皮切碎</li><li>辣椒適量洗淨後對切去籽切碎</li><li> 備一鍋水煮滾後關火，加入鮮蚵約略幾秒後撈起備用 </li></ol>
