										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">地瓜蛋塔 高纖又好吃～每當感到煩躁時，我發現下廚可以讓我靜心一會兒，用心料理的食物也會讓滿足感倍增，但常常沒有這麼多時間，所以快速、零廚藝，同時兼具美味和營養的菜單都是我的心頭好&#x2764;&#xfe0f;</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">烤熟後軟軟糯糯QQ的燕麥地瓜塔皮，搭配滑嫩的蛋撻餡，或許底下還可以加一片巧克力，天哪！用想的就好香，雖然在成功前的試做總會有些失敗品(笑)</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">塔皮的含水量很關鍵，我買到紅地瓜，蒸熟水分挺多，或許黃和紫地瓜會更容易成形，燕麥也可以買壓扁的即食燕麥，吸水性好更容易成形，烤乾塔皮的步驟或許就可以省略了！</p>

<li class="has-normal-font-size">溫度是華氏360度，攝氏約175-180</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">紅地瓜水份多，黃或紫地瓜製作塔皮可拌入一點水份或鮮奶</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">烤模要抹油比較好脫模</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">若用相對不甜地瓜品種，糖漿可酌量增加&#x1f609;</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">我壓的塔皮稍厚約0.5cm，成品有比烤模矮一點點，避免蛋液滲出</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">如果蛋比較大顆也可以減量牛奶或多做一顆&#x1f638;</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">蛋塔內餡減量牛奶可能會吃起來很像蒸蛋，喜歡甜可以加量糖漿（加到20g也沒可以只是熱量問題&#x1f638;）</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">不要期待和一般蛋撻一樣，你可以想成地瓜布丁蛋糕，也算名副其實</li>

<li>乾白木耳 一朵 約30g</li>



<li>紅棗  55g  (我用大紅棗10顆)</li>



<li>枸杞 20g </li>



<li>百香果 70g 約3-4顆</li>



<li>木瓜 120g 約1/5顆木瓜</li>

<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">1.  備妥食材，可依喜好自由增減</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">2. 紅棗和枸杞洗淨</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">3. 於紅棗蒂頭剪開十字，以便燉煮入味</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">4. 百香果挖出果肉</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">5. 木瓜切成小塊，一塊約一小口份量</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">6. 將乾木耳稍微沖洗一下，加入1000ml開水浸泡約15-20分鐘</p>

<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">3. 電鍋跳起後，若喜歡木耳爛一點可以再加入3杯水至外鍋蒸煮一次</p>

<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">根據包裝乾上白木耳的營養標示<br>每50g 熱量165大卡，醣類35g、蛋白質4g、脂肪1g<br>我用等量醣類去代換成蔬菜，本次使用30g乾白木耳約為4.2份蔬菜類<br>計算完營養成分和熱量才發現真的蠻低熱量的耶!<br>白木耳是蔬菜類，做成甜點好吃又飽足&#x1f60c; </p>

<li>白木耳屬於蔬菜類，用生鮮的白木耳可以省去泡水的步驟</li>



<li>木瓜、百香果、枸杞和紅棗都屬於水果類</li>



<li>新鮮水果添用以減少額外冰糖的份量</li>



<li>白木耳可以獨立先以3杯水蒸煮後再加入其他配料，配料會保多一點口感</li>
