<p>閱讀筆記系列又來囉！今天要和大家分享的書是《90%的病，控糖就會好》，書裡有好多螢光筆要畫起來的重點，作者很會說故事，從他開始關注血糖的契機，到最後統整了穩定血糖的方式、食譜等，都鉅細靡遺的撰述在此書內，透過淺顯易懂的比喻，把各種艱深的理論說明得非常清楚，是一本很不錯的營養相關的科普書籍！</p>



<p>為什麼血糖是一個很重要的議題，原因在此。最可怕的是，慢性高血糖造成的風險並不會馬上被發現，書中列舉了一些問題，用以判斷暴露在血糖問題風險下的可能性，例如：延遲吃飯是否容易頭暈手抖？是否需要減重？肚子餓是否脾氣暴躁易怒？是否喝了咖啡才能整天有精神？是否經期不順？是否容易感冒？&#8230;.等等，有興趣的人可以參考此書內容&#x1f4a1;</p>



<p>此外，在書中的第三部分也提供了十個穩定血糖的秘訣，最棒的是：這些秘訣任何人都適用，建立穩定血糖飲食習慣和技巧不嫌晚，不要等到真的血糖紅字，甚至醫生開藥或確診糖尿病才驚覺大勢已去，今天挑了其中三個秘訣，正好是我經常與客戶討論的飲食建議，希望對大家有幫助！</p>

<p>書中提到美國只有12%的人代謝正常，直接點出現今全球化的社會下，<strong>多數人類身處風險而不自知</strong></p>



<p>作為營養師的我非常認同這一點，，我所接觸到的客戶，多半已經有健康意識，但客戶也會和我表示，身邊的親朋好友都很讓人擔心，在這個尚未達治療標準的<strong>亞健康族群</strong>已成為多數的社會下，所幸健康意識已經從治療端進步至預防面，作為亞健康的大眾要如何更有警覺？就是我們要一起努力的地方！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong>高血糖是如何致命？</strong></strong></h2>



<p>身體如何吸收和代謝血糖？血糖為什麼會壞掉？血糖壞掉如何侵蝕健康呢？</p>



<p>世界衛生組織指出<strong>炎症是人類最大威脅</strong>，我們有<strong>五分之三</strong>的人將死於炎症！<br><strong>糖化作用、自由基和氧化壓力</strong>：正是導致身體<strong>發炎</strong>的主要原因</p>



<p>過高的血糖對人體來說是<strong>有毒的</strong>，而醣在身體的<strong>儲存空間有限</strong>，以醣類（碳水化合物）存在的肝糖，僅能儲存於肝臟和肌肉，如果身體血糖<strong>消耗不及所攝取進來的</strong>，導致細胞容易浸泡在<strong>發炎的高糖環境</strong>，慢性發炎可能無感但卻<strong>致命</strong>！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">血糖高飲食 怎麼吃？<strong><strong><strong>逆轉高血糖有秘訣！</strong></strong></strong></h2>



<p>在和我的客戶討論血糖問題時，會依據個人需求提供適合的執行方式，以利大家建立屬於自己的飲食模式</p>



<p>正好這本書的第三部分：如何讓血糖曲線平穩，提供了<strong>十個穩定血糖的訣竅</strong></p>



<p>其中包括了我時常和客戶討論的：</p>

<p>以下就來和大家分享這三我常常建議的健康控糖技巧！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong><strong>1.「進食順序為什麼有差？」</strong></strong></strong></h2>



<p>本書以<strong>胃空排</strong>和<strong>食物消化</strong>的角度出發，深入淺出的形容和比喻很好理解！</p>



<p>提倡的進食順序為：</p>



<p><strong>先吃蔬菜(纖維)>再吃蛋白質和脂肪>最後再吃碳水(澱粉)</strong></p>



<p>作者把胃比喻成<strong>水槽</strong>，腸道則是下方的<strong>水管</strong>，蔬菜中的<strong>膳食纖維</strong>可以延緩食物從水槽流到水管的速度，不像<strong>澱粉</strong>會直接落到水管，解釋富含纖維的<strong>蔬菜能夠延緩胃排空</strong>，使食物由消化道進入血液這段過程變得相對<strong>平穩</strong>，也因此<strong>有利於血糖上升的穩定</strong>！</p>



<p class="has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong><strong>2. 「早餐對血糖有影響嗎？」</strong></strong></strong></p>



<p>一日之計在於晨，這句話適用於<strong>穩定血糖</strong></p>



<p><strong>你有不吃不餓，一吃就很餓的經驗嗎？</strong></p>



<p>彷彿飢餓開關被打開一樣，其實這很有可能是<strong>血糖問題</strong>，如果血糖波動很大，除了整天容易處在高血糖的發炎環境中之外，血糖震盪過程也很容易啟動大腦<strong>隱性饑餓</strong>的開關，造成<strong>飽食中樞錯亂，</strong>導致<strong>明明吃飽了，但卻還想多吃一點</strong>，如果一早血糖就搭上雲霄飛車，整天的血糖波動恐怕都不平靜！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">所以，<strong>如果早餐吃不好，還不如不要吃</strong>！</h2>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong><strong><strong>3. 「吃甜點還想血糖穩定？」</strong></strong></strong></h2>



<p>我的客戶多數都有甜點胃，覺得減肥不能吃甜點是他們跨不出去的心魔，殊不知，<strong>只要學會怎麼吃，甜點也能安排在飲食計畫中</strong>！</p>



<p>如同書中提到的重要概念：<strong>寧可吃飯後甜點，也不要吃甜零食</strong>，也就是<strong>把甜點當作是飯後的點心</strong>，目的是以身體營養需求優先、避免整天血糖出現過多的波動，進而降低了身體發炎和累積脂肪的機會。</p>



<p>當然還有很多執行細節和技巧，例如：個人的甜食份量掌握和甜食的種類挑選和分配等等，甜點有太多話題了，有機會再分享！</p>
