<p> 這次我自己加了一點高蛋白粉，可自行斟酌要不要加，加太多可能口感和味道會跑掉</p>



<p>這個配方的口感個人認為比較偏軟，因為家裡地瓜粉不足只好先補太白粉</p>



<p>所以若要再硬一點的比例可以抓<strong> 地瓜粉:太白粉=2:1</strong></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 材料 ░&nbsp;</h3>



<p>視大小而定 可以做40-50顆</p>



<p></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>地瓜或芋頭 150g</li><li>地瓜粉 25g</li><li>太白粉 25g</li><li>高蛋白粉 10g</li><li>砂糖 10g &nbsp;(地瓜圓比較甜可不加)</li><li>水或鮮奶或豆漿等液體 適量</li></ol>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>░&nbsp;作法 ░&nbsp;</strong></h3>



<p>1. 秤取好材料</p>



<p>2. 蒸熟地瓜或芋頭壓成泥(芋頭較乾可以酌量加一點水)</p>

<p>3. 加入秤好的粉料們</p>

<p>4. 拌勻成團至不黏手(可適量加一點水勿太多)</p>

<p>5. 搓成長條狀切小塊(亦可直接揉成圓型)</p>

<p>6. 煮一鍋熱水滾後下圓仔</p>

<p>7. 待圓仔浮起後就差不多囉</p>

<p>撈起後可以熱熱吃也可以冰鎮一下再吃</p>



<p>或是搭配甜湯、仙草、鮮奶、牛排、義大利麵、水餃或漢堡 隨便你</p>

<p>50顆的營養成份 包括了我加的高蛋白粉還有砂糖</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 營養師小提醒 ░</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>小芋小瓜圓屬於全榖雜糧類食物，記得替換正餐中的全榖雜糧類才不會過量喔</li><li>地瓜本身有甜味可以不加砂糖，我僅用在芋圓中</li><li>搭配鮮奶或豆漿當點心是很營養不錯的組合(當然也好吃)</li></ol>

<p>不想水煮的地瓜圓拿去氣炸</p>



<p>就是QQ蛋了(在高雄都這樣說)</p>



<p>口感和味道截然不同 是比較健康版的炸地瓜球</p>
