<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 傳說中的3C食物是什麼? ░ </h3>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong> 起司（Cheese）柑橘類（Citrous fruit）巧克力（Chocolate）</strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">吃到這三類食物真的就頭痛嗎?<br>我有一次頭痛的時候，吃了牛奶加巧克力麥片<br>覺得頭更痛，想說是不是<strong>鮮奶喝太多→鈉攝取太多→血壓升高→頭痛</strong><s> (邏輯推理仔的部分)</s><br>還去量了血壓，結果正常到不行(很有實驗精神)<br>所以得知，我的頭痛可能和血壓無關哈哈</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">難道我的頭痛兇手是巧克力嗎？</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 起司和頭痛 ░</h3>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">以生理和生化的角度來看，起司頭痛確實有合理之處<br>有研究指出<strong>過量Tyramine(酪胺</strong>) 造成激素作用 <strong>→</strong> 引起血管或肌肉收縮 <strong>→</strong> 頭痛<br>過量的酪胺可能來自<span style="text-decoration:underline;">直接大量攝取</span>或是<span style="text-decoration:underline;">其代謝受到抑制(服用特定藥物)</span><br>血管和肌肉收縮可能會造成些微血壓升高和頭痛等症狀<br>但以上都還只是<strong>可能</strong>而已呢!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 讓人頭痛的食物 ░  </h3>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">早期小兒偏頭痛研究中有提到<br>除了巧克力、柑橘和起司之外 引起頭痛的食物還有<br><strong>熱狗、味精(Monosodium glutamate)、阿斯巴甜、冰淇淋、高脂肪食物和酒(紅酒和啤酒)</strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">其中這篇研究也整了這些食物引起頭痛的成分和原因<br>很有趣的是，他還特別註明了<strong>冰淇淋頭痛</strong>是冰引起的血管收縮所致</p>

<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">從這些食物大概可以發現<br><strong>加工肉品、高脂肪油炸食物、食品添加物(色素、人工甜味劑)</strong><br>或是 <strong>咖啡因飲料、酒精飲料</strong> 以上均不是健康飲食中的推薦食物<br>多會造成<strong>身體的發炎</strong>以及<strong>氧化壓力</strong><br>扯到氧化壓力和發炎的，管他頭痛不痛，致癌都有可能了!</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">只有<strong>黑巧克力、柑橘水果、發酵乳品或起司</strong>，或許還算有點營養價值&#x1f914;</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">但這些引起頭痛的成分，<strong>真的會因為食物攝取而過量嗎?</strong><br>而<strong>引起頭痛的劑量又是多少</strong>? 換算成食物又是多少呢?<br>但都在頭痛了，誰管那麼多<br>只能摸摸鼻子認命，啊～我好像真的吃了起司會頭痛<br><strong>那就不要再吃了啊!!!!</strong>&#x1f926;&#x200d;&#x2640;&#xfe0f;</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 頭痛可能的原因 ░ </h3>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">頭痛追根究柢研究不完啊<br>但頭痛和飲食相關性似乎都很「間接」<br>有研究指出<strong> 天氣和壓力</strong> 是引起頭痛的主要原因<br>很有趣吧！我還真的常因為下雨而頭痛(真的頭痛那種)<br>難道是頭裡面發霉長香菇所以才痛嗎?&#x1f344;</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">其實不少人因頭痛或偏頭痛所苦<br>科學目前只能推測頭痛可能原因是和<br>&#x1f449;<strong>異常的血管、平滑肌收縮</strong><br>&#x1f449;<strong>疼痛閾值改變</strong>有關</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">大家都可以理解，疼痛感受很主觀<br>有時候只是微微頭痛，但有時候是頭痛欲裂<br>這些都是<strong>很難量化的主觀感受</strong><br>可想而知頭痛的實驗model肯定很難做&#x1f630;</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 吃不吃都會頭痛 ░ </h3>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">而且引起頭痛除了「吃到了什麼」也可以是「沒吃到什麼」<br>例如: 有些人不喝咖啡，就會頭痛，但喝了就不痛了<br>這樣的飲<strong>食戒斷(Abstnence)</strong>或<strong>斷食(Fasting)</strong>和頭痛的研究也有人做呢<br>非常有趣，以後再來討論吧!</p>
