<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在台灣最常見的有黑白芝麻和花生<br />所以不一定吃到高價位的堅果</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">而且你知道1份有多少嗎?<strong>我是指有多「少」嗎? </strong><br /><strong>2核桃「或」5顆腰果「或」5顆杏仁「或」10顆花生就1份了</strong><br />所以不用太執著於每天1份</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ <strong>史上最吃不夠的乳品類</strong> ░</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>乳品建議每天1.5份，如:一杯250ml鮮奶</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">乳品是一直有好多爭議和迷思<br />台灣有99.8%的人都不足建議量<br />除非嚴重乳糖不耐(嚴重腹瀉或嘔吐)<br />一般仍建議可以從少量來攝取<br />從<strong>營養的完整性</strong>來說全脂或許比低脂是更好的選擇<br />但已經<strong>攝取太多飽和脂肪</strong>的人(肉肉吃太多) 低脂還是比較適合你</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">(但其實我不強調一定要喝「牛奶」，有興趣的話以後討論)</p>
