<p style="text-align:center;" class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">紅燒虱目魚有別於香煎虱目魚<br>同樣的是　<strong>都很簡單也很美味</strong><br>加上菇類一起紅燒 搖身一變成<strong>高纖燒虱目魚</strong>&#x1f60b;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 材料(2人份) ░</h3>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>無刺虱目魚肚 中型 約150g</li><li>菇類130g </li><li>紅蘿蔔20g</li><li>薑片 一小塊</li><li>蒜頭 一瓣</li><li>青蔥 約一小段  </li></ol>



<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">  &#x1f4cc;本次使用：木耳40g、雪白菇30g、袖珍菇60g </p>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>醬油 2匙</li><li>白胡椒 1/4茶匙</li><li>米酒 1匙</li><li>鹽巴 1/2茶匙</li></ol>

<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>菇類剝散，木耳切長條備用</li><li>虱目魚肚洗淨，去除鱗片，加入一大匙米酒和鹽巴備備用</li><li>紅蘿蔔去皮切長條</li><li>蒜頭拍扁去皮切小塊備用</li><li>薑切長條備用</li><li> 青蔥以開水洗淨，用熟食砧板切小珠花備用 </li></ol>

<p class="has-text-color has-dark-gray-blue-color wp-block-paragraph">1. 平底鍋中小火，魚皮面朝下加入虱目魚肚</p>
