<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>鮮蚵 150g </li><li>嫩豆腐 300g(一盒)</li><li>鴻喜菇 100g(一包)</li><li>青蔥 15g(約一根)</li><li>老薑 10g(約拇指一節大小一塊)</li><li>蒜頭 15g(約3-4瓣)</li><li>辣椒 適量</li></ol>



<p> ► <strong>調味料</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>豆豉 1湯匙</li><li>橄欖油 1湯匙</li><li>醬油 1湯匙</li><li>米酒 1湯匙</li><li>紹興酒 1/2湯匙</li><li>鹽巴 適量</li></ol>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>░&nbsp;作法 ░&nbsp;</strong></h3>



<p><strong>► 備料</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>嫩豆腐切小丁備用</li><li>豆豉泡熱水備用</li><li>鴻喜菇剝成小瓣，再對切成小段</li><li>青蔥洗淨，蔥白切小珠，蔥綠可切小豬或細絲備用</li><li>蒜頭和老薑洗淨後去皮切碎</li><li>辣椒適量洗淨後對切去籽切碎</li><li> 備一鍋水煮滾後關火，加入鮮蚵約略幾秒後撈起備用 </li></ol>
