<p class="wp-block-paragraph">豆漿屬於六大類食物裡的豆魚蛋肉類，主要提供蛋白質此營養素，結石的組成通常為草酸＋鈣，豆漿裡面的鈣質含量微乎其微，僅有牛奶的十分之一，加上飲食當中的成份相互作用的化學反應位於腸胃，哪來的「腎」或「泌尿道」結石一說呢？我們的五臟六腑可都是有隱私權的，他們都有獨立工作空間！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">豆漿<strong>腎結石 通常不是因為喝太多</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">常見腎結石是由<strong>鈣和草酸</strong>結合而成，但飲食中的草酸和鈣質在腸道中結合，形成的草酸鈣並<strong>無法溶解</strong>，<strong>無法被腸道吸收</strong>，大多都<strong>直接從便便排出</strong>，並<strong>不會跑到腎臟形成結石</strong>喔！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">況且豆漿所含的鈣質量<strong>微乎其微</strong>，<strong>僅有牛奶的十分之一</strong>，豆漿並不是攝取鈣質的食物來源，造成結石的可能性又更更更更低了！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">豆漿腎結石 假的！<strong>喝豆漿可能可以「避免結石」?</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">結石的原因除了體質之外，主要來自<strong>水分的平衡</strong>，倘若水分攝取過少、消耗過多（例如：大量流汗或脫水）都可能提高結石風險，因此豆漿屬於豆魚蛋肉類，組成上除了蛋白質外，也有一部分水，因此補充營養同時也補足了水分，對於飲水不足的人來說還<strong>有利於補充水分</strong>！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573"><strong>那如何避免結石？</strong></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">腎結石主要原因可能有家族遺傳(體質)、水分攝取少、攝取過多鈉、普林和草酸，若有額外補充或藥物使用，例如：鈣片、維生素C等，亦可能提高結石風險</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">所以針對風險做控管，<strong>補足身體所需開水、控制鈉離子、普林（動物性蛋白質）的攝取量</strong>，最重要的就是：各類食物和營養的均衡攝取，避免一味補充特定成分，才會是相對安全且健康的飲食模式喔！</p>
