<p>1. 熱平底鍋，加入橄欖油和杏鮑菇炒香</p>



<p>2. 炒至杏鮑菇出水變軟後，將之分至平底鍋兩側</p>



<p>3. 加入雞蛋稍微打散後加入九層塔，撒上鹽巴和胡椒</p>
