<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">8. 薑1小段(老薑或嫩薑都可以)</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">2. 鹽巴 適量<br>*蛤蜊和花枝丸味道很夠因為鈉含量很高，縱使只有三顆丸子哈哈</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">1. 虱目魚肚切塊加米酒泡一下<br>*可買去好刺的虱目魚肚，我還自己去給自己拍手哈哈</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">2. 蛤仔吐沙洗淨、蚵仔洗淨、花枝丸對切</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">3. 芹菜洗淨切小段、薑段切絲</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph"> <strong> ► 烹煮</strong> </p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">1. 藜麥和白米洗淨，加入1.5杯水電子鍋或電鍋蒸煮成熟成軟爛</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">2. 17公分小湯鍋，1/3水滾加入薑絲和虱目魚</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">3. 稍微攪拌至湯水變白即可以加入米飯一起熬煮</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">4. 依序加入蚵仔、蛤仔和花枝丸</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">5. 蚵仔微開後加入芹菜</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">6. 加入白胡椒，試味道不足再加鹽巴</p>
