<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">自製健康點心 小教室今天要來分享一款不用開火也可以做的健康點心（突然就自詡爲健康點心小教室了&#x1f602;）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">但其實主打的還是 #零廚藝 的懶人食譜啦，畢竟追久懶人、簡單、快速、方便，同時兼具營養、健康、美味是我的理念（很貪心吧！但為什麼不能？我說可以就是可以！）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">一直以為豆腐只會被拿來做鹹食的料理，豆漿或豆花則適合拿來做甜的口味，直到年紀漸增，見識越來越多才發現&#8230;鹹豆漿或豆腐腦不也就是把豆漿和豆花做成鹹食嗎？在吃之前好幾個瞬間感到嫌惡，但一吃才發現是自己太淺，很美味呢！於是反過來想想，怎麼能錯過把豆腐做成甜食的機會呢？</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">我研究了一下手邊可運用的食材，做了一些功課，繳了一些學費（總是得失敗幾次的意思哈哈哈）終於～可可豆腐蛋糕就這樣誕生啦&#x1f389;</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">此外，整個製作過程不需要開火，也不用烤箱，只要有<strong>微波爐</strong>和<strong>幾個簡單常見的食材</strong>就可以完成唷&#x1f60a;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-medium-font-size" style="background-color:#f38d5d">份量</h2>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>4個杯子蛋糕</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li class="has-medium-font-size">若無杯子蛋糕模，可以用馬克杯、保鮮盒或任何可微波容器，且裝得下蛋糕體均可</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">盛裝時需預留一點空間（裝約8分滿即可）讓蛋糕膨脹，避免外漏大翻車慘案發生</li>
</ul>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">1. 板豆腐100g（盒裝傳統板豆腐約1/3盒）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">2. 蛋1顆（去殼重約50g）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">3. 中小型香蕉1根（約100g）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">4. 燕麥片（可以食物攪拌機預先打碎成燕麥粉）20g</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">5. 可可粉 5g</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">6. 泡打粉 2g( 或 小蘇打 1g)</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">1. 豆腐壓碎、雞蛋打散和2/3根香蕉壓碎拌勻</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">2. 加入燕麥和泡打粉混勻</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">3. 倒入模具擺上1/3根香蕉切片</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">4. 微波爐叮4~5分鐘</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">5. 好了！請小心燙&#x1f60b;&#x1f525;</p>
