<p class="has-medium-font-size">身為紅斑性狼瘡病友的我<br>一直都有尿蛋白和albumin過低問題<br>換言之&#8230;我腰子不好&#x1f602;<br>但除檢驗數值外的症狀很少<br>不曾有明顯下肢或關節腫脹<br>也不曾水腫到手壓肉肉凹陷彈不回來<br>縱使糟糕的數值應該會有這些症狀<br>和醫生討論後，或許就是因為飲食和生活習慣<br>不論運動或作息都好好注意<br>才不至於體感不適</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">生病異常的數值需要藥物治療<br>但飲食和生活習慣，是養病的基本的盤<br>壞處是你沒本錢亂吃或不睡覺<br>但好處是你更有理由好好照顧自己&#x1f497;</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">每公斤體重30~35cc的白開水會是最重要的，無糖的茶飲或咖啡等也可以補充水，但含糖飲料或湯品則會有反效果！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">新鮮蔬菜水果優先，並注意以下寧缺勿濫的陷阱：<br>&#x2611;&#xfe0f;蔬菜：注意過多調味或加工製品並不適合<br>例如：醃漬菜、泡菜、酸菜或是淋滿滷汁的燙青菜、拌過多醬汁的生菜<br>&#x2611;&#xfe0f;水果：避免調味或過度加工的水果<br>例如：調味醃漬水果、果乾、果汁、蜜餞或果昔</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">&#x1f4dd;控制鈉攝取</h2>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">天然食物也會有鈉，所以調味或加工食品的鈉常常都是「多的」<br>&#x2611;&#xfe0f;注意隱藏版鈉：醃漬物、湯、醬汁(深色尤其)、拌醬、有醬色的食物、零食或糕餅等烘焙製品</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">狼瘡總是在慢性和急性發炎，換句話說我們不是在發炎，就是在發炎的路上&#x1f602;<br>精緻糖引起的發炎對狼瘡來說是全身性的，而疾病活躍的發炎易使水腫加劇<br>建議嗜甜者：<br>&#x2611;&#xfe0f;新鮮水果取代精緻甜食<br>&#x2611;&#xfe0f;降低攝取量或頻率，例如：每天吃&#8211;>每週一次(或更少)</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">流汗就是直接排除身體過多水分，但流汗的方式很多種，我個人觀察最有效率的就是<strong>運動</strong>，主動活絡身體流的汗比熱到出汗有效且持久</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">睡覺對我來說是影響最明顯的，不論是水腫或是身體的感受，早睡可以提升我的睡眠品質，睡足時間可以讓身體充分修復&#x1f634;</p>

<p>作為一位「<strong>有病的營養師</strong>」時常會聽到許多鼓勵，鼓勵我擁有營養的專業，因此知道如何照顧自己。生病是老天爺給我的禮物，但這個病實在太頑皮了，症狀從小時候的血球到近年的腎臟問題，每次回診都讓我再次認識這個疾病，也因為症狀變化多端，醫生和病人總得一起發揮柯南的精神，但說到底，要不要好好吃藥治療，能不能好好吃飯和照顧身體，都是<strong>自己得負責的</strong>！</p>
