<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">今天是秋分9月23日<br>「分」是一半的意思 是秋天的中間<br>也是晝夜等長的一天 過了今天 白天就會越來越短<br>雖然我喜歡涼爽的季節 但我也喜歡有日照的時候(矛盾)<br>也正因為轉涼的天氣似乎越來越好睡<br>且一天中日照時間越來越短 早睡早起就變得更加重要<br><br>最近氣候的確變涼許多 一起床彷彿秋天就來了<br>記得去年也是如此 只是一沒有冷到冬天的感覺<br>難怪有人說　今年季節好正常　秋天居然準時報到</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">秋天是容易過敏的季節 也好發感冒<br>季節交替會有很多小毛病不請自來<br>我的醫生也曾說過 <strong>季節交替時分病情容易有所變化</strong><br>但我個人是覺得在春轉夏 或是 炎夏時節比較頭痛<br>不論如何　多多注意和觀察　都可以更了解自己一點</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"> ░ <strong>100%的飲食和100%的運動</strong> ░ </h3>



<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">很多人想靠吃來瘦 有著一百個不運動的理由<br>記得以前高中的化學老師對於綠茶減肥一臉不屑<br>質量守恆 怎麼可能 多吃東西進來體重會下降<br>但長大後才發現 人體沒那麼簡單<br>不是少吃就會瘦 也不是多吃就會胖</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color"><strong>「運動好比是打通身體的流動，吃進來的營養都需要流動才能被身體吸收和善加利用。」</strong></p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">所以天氣轉涼 當你發現睡眠時間越來越長<br>越來越容易疲倦的時候 身體的活動就更顯重要<br>在轉涼的季節排汗越少 越容易忘記喝水<br>除了注意飲水的量之外 也要記得保持身體的活動<br>有足夠的身體活動 也可以幫助晚上的睡眠<br>好的睡眠與活動 更能相得益彰</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">以中醫的角度來說 進入秋天的不適是所謂秋燥<br>可能會有皮膚或氣管敏感問題 需要滋陰潤燥的食物<br>現在菜價不算穩定 葉菜類都高居不下<br>反倒是菇類相對穩定 剛好木耳就是不錯潤燥的食物<br>包括了白木耳(銀耳)和黑木耳<br>豐富的膳食纖維 可以做鹹食也可以做甜點</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">中醫的觀點　水果推薦清單有梨子和柿子<br>秋天的柿子　是我一整年最期待的水果<br>梨子屬於偏寒的水果　有降火、潤燥和滋肺的效果<br>酌量攝取　可以幫助季節交替的喉嚨不適<br>中醫多會建議煮過再吃 避免過寒造成身體不適<br>昨天吃到一顆超甜的日本梨子 　甜到咳嗽<br>以前還聽說有人吃荔枝 吃到流鼻血<br>所以不論什麼屬性的水果 都是適量才好</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"> ░ <strong>開始和大自然學習</strong> ░ </h2>



<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">開始工作之後 喜歡研究大自然 研究節氣 <br>前陣子看了 【日變節律-阿育吠陀生理時鐘健康法】<br>身體若是配合大自然的作息 是可以輕鬆很多的<br>不論是一日或是 一年作為循環都有箇中道理<br>我也發現 中醫的魅力和深奧 有很想要學習的細節<br>慢慢練習和感覺　身體會給自己意想不到的回饋</p>
