<h3 class="wp-block-heading">使用說明</h3>



<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f;份量表上的”＝“為<strong>各類型食物的該食物每1份量</strong>，提供給有興趣認識食物份量或<strong>已知道自己各類食物份量需求的人</strong>參考<br>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f;每人每日或每餐需要多少份量須由營養師設計，份量需求因人和不同生理狀態而異<br>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f;<strong>並非各類食物的每一份等於你一天或一餐要吃的量喔！</strong></p>

<p>通常家裡的碗體積差異都很懸殊，可以找容量約240~300ml的碗君可以作為標準碗來計量，若想追求精準可先秤重練習抓量是最保險的！<br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>四、蔬菜類</strong></h2>



<p>蔬菜算法一致，個種類型蔬菜均為生重量100g為一份，但生菜和熟菜體積差異懸殊，如附圖可以看到生的洋蔥、蘑菇、青花菜和小白菜份量均至少半碗以上，但煮熟縮水程度不一，又以葉菜和瓜類縮水程度最高，因此生重計量最為精準。</p>

<p>零食、糕餅、甜點和外食的油脂相對難以掌握，因此慎選烹調方式以確保油脂攝取量和油脂品質就很重要！</p>
