<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">所以 逢年過節的餅乾和蛋糕 就自己來吧</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">最近真的迷上用糙米和燕麥做的餅乾 <strong>因為真的非常簡單又好吃</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">糙米天然的米焦香味就像麵粉餅乾烤得恰到好處的那種香味(不可多得的意思)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">加上燕麥的口感 酥酥脆脆真的好滿足</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">這也是我用來消滅之前買的muesli</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:center;">因為不小心買到不合自己口味的 <s>但做成餅乾就好說好說</s></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">░ 材料 ░&nbsp;</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可製作約<strong>15片(直徑6-7公分圓餅乾)</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>糙米粉 50g (我用可以直接沖泡成飲品的純糙米粉)</li><li>燕麥 50g (大牌子的即時燕麥或是 muesli 都可以)</li><li>高蛋白粉 10g </li><li>蜂蜜 30g</li><li>玄米油 30ml</li><li>豆漿 100ml</li><li>巧克力豆 隨意</li></ol>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>░&nbsp;作法 ░&nbsp;</strong></h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>將材料全部秤好</li><li>烤箱預熱175度</li><li>將糙米粉、燕麥和高蛋白粉拌勻</li><li>加入蜂蜜</li><li>加入玄米油</li><li>加入豆漿拌勻</li><li>拌勻成麵團狀(非糊狀) 視情況斟酌是否要加一點開水</li><li>拌入巧克力豆</li><li>每片約半湯匙量的麵團</li><li>壓扁成直徑約6-7公分、厚度0.8公分的餅乾擺放於烤盤上</li><li>放入烤箱 烤22-25分鐘</li><li>出爐後放涼就有酥脆餅乾可以吃了</li></ol>
