<p>► <strong>備料</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>取出盒裝豆腐切成約2*2*2 cm小丁</li><li>鴻喜菇撥開</li><li>打散蛋液備用</li><li>鯛魚以清水將表面稍微沖洗</li><li>鯛魚切成和豆腐相仿小丁，加入米酒、鹽巴和黑胡椒鹽醃漬備用</li><li>蔥洗淨以熟食砧板切花備用</li></ol>

<p>1. 將剝好的鴻喜菇鋪於盤底</p>

<p>3. 豆腐之間放鯛魚丁，灑上一點鹽巴</p>

<p>4. 將容器挪至電鍋 (或以瓦斯隔水蒸煮亦可)</p>



<p>5. 電鍋底部放3/4杯水開始蒸煮 (瓦斯隔水蒸煮約6-8分鐘)</p>



<p>6. 電鍋跳起後加入蛋液</p>



<p>7. 外鍋再加入半杯水蒸煮(瓦斯隔水煮約5分鐘)</p>
