										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#x1f4cd;生理期大吃不會胖&#x1f929;<br>你說的胖是我想的那種胖嗎？嚴謹一點來說胖是「體脂肪增加」，也是大部分人想要減的，也就是說，除了體脂肪外，會影響體重的還有什麼呢？</p>



<p><strong>體重短時間起伏不外乎「水」、「未消化食物」與「沒排乾淨的便便」</strong></p>



<p>&#x1f4cd;生理期前後可以差到幾公斤？<br>就我的觀察，前後差1公斤是基本，甚至有人和我說之前可以差到3公斤！<br></p>



<p>&#x2705;水其實很重：根據質量守恆，喝一罐500cc的水，你當下就可以馬上變「重」0.5公斤，所以可想而知，你能有多水腫就有多「重」！<br></p>



<p>&#x2705;食物很重，便便也很驚人：經前時常遇到排便不順，那吃進來的都去哪了？當然是哪也沒去，都在你的肚肚裡，生理期間也因賀爾蒙作祟，敏感的人甚至會拉肚子，這時候排排乾淨的恐怕比你想像得多！</p>



<p>生理期前注意水分攝取，同時穩定腸道狀態，避免經前又腫又累，只換來生理期大吃不胖這美麗的誤會，哪怕更慘的是，生理期前胖，生理期還繼續胖&#8230;施主回頭是岸啊！</p>
