<p class="has-medium-font-size">前陣子家裡有多的新鮮無花果，索性把他來拿作司康意外地很適合，當時就做出了這一款無蛋、減油、減糖的健康版司康。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">這次去買到一盒好酸的藍莓，被他渾圓飽滿的外表欺騙了，吃起來酸V酸V差點沒把我臉擠出皺紋了，於是就想到「來拿做司康吧！」由於藍莓還剩很多，秤了剛好的重量，做了好大一盤，切成小塊當點心再適合不過了！</p>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">將奶油微波30秒融化成液狀</li>



<li class="has-medium-font-size">將麵粉、泡打粉和鹽巴混勻再拌入奶油</li>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">簡單甜點 有多簡單，只要把食材拌一拌烤一烤就完成了，很適合常常嘴饞但沒時間做甜點的人，自己動手做成分單純，負擔比一般市售的餅乾少掉許多&#x1f60b;</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">這款餅乾是小時候吃不懂的味道，長大後反而特別喜歡有口感的食物，因此就愛上了牛奶棒脆硬脆硬的滋味，但老實說，外面賣的牛奶棒價格不菲，添加物也還真不少，自己研究了一番，發現其實材料可以很單純簡單，味道也不差，加了奶油和奶粉，味道就不錯，換個口味佳可可粉也很香，推薦給一樣和我口腔期不滿足的人&#x1fae2;</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>真相1：</strong>瘦=達成熱量赤字（吃進來的少於身體用掉的）</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>真相2：</strong>澱粉本身熱量並不高！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>真相3：</strong>現代飲食充斥「精緻」含油糖澱粉（例如：甜點、零食、煎炸炒或拌油的飯、麵或餅等）不吃含油和糖的澱粉，不瘦也難！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>真相4：</strong>大幅減少了脂肪和糖的攝取，通常都是戒澱粉一開始會瘦的真正原因</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size" style="font-style:normal;font-weight:300">燉煮白木耳是我最愛的健康甜點之一，我時常搭配紅棗和桂圓</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size" style="font-style:normal;font-weight:300">由於果乾有天然的甜味因此不需要額外加糖</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size" style="font-style:normal;font-weight:300">最近把紅棗升級成心太軟，配木耳湯有夠療癒。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size" style="font-style:normal;font-weight:300">煮完後吃不完可以冷藏，要吃時再盛上一碗</p>

<p>來加拿大可以取得大部分在臺灣習慣的食材，在加拿大的華人超市買到的紅棗品質不差，大顆小顆都有，有看到巨大到以為是奇異果的那種哈哈，有去籽也有帶籽的，去籽在台灣可能還要特別跑到迪化街找才有，重點是價錢還很親民！一大包兩百多元台幣可以用好久！白木耳乾也很好買，一大包可以用好一陣子呢&#x1f604;</p>

<p>之前在台灣就很喜歡做這個酥脆豆豆來吃，市售零食難逃反式脂肪的魔掌，氫化油脂、棕梠油或人造奶油無所不在，屢試不爽吃幾天就長痘痘，於是是零食如命（好跨張）只好自己下海來做零食？</p>



<p>鹹口味的零食這款香酥鷹嘴豆大概是最簡的食譜前幾名，只需要3個步驟，泡水、調味和氣炸就好，然後看自己的自制力花多久時間吃完，所以我大概每次都不會用太多，因為常常一兩次就吃光啦&#x1f602;</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">烤熟後軟軟糯糯QQ的燕麥地瓜塔皮，搭配滑嫩的蛋撻餡，或許底下還可以加一片巧克力，天哪！用想的就好香，雖然在成功前的試做總會有些失敗品(笑)</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">塔皮的含水量很關鍵，我買到紅地瓜，蒸熟水分挺多，或許黃和紫地瓜會更容易成形，燕麥也可以買壓扁的即食燕麥，吸水性好更容易成形，烤乾塔皮的步驟或許就可以省略了！</p>

<li class="has-normal-font-size">溫度是華氏360度，攝氏約175-180</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">紅地瓜水份多，黃或紫地瓜製作塔皮可拌入一點水份或鮮奶</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">烤模要抹油比較好脫模</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">若用相對不甜地瓜品種，糖漿可酌量增加&#x1f609;</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">我壓的塔皮稍厚約0.5cm，成品有比烤模矮一點點，避免蛋液滲出</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">如果蛋比較大顆也可以減量牛奶或多做一顆&#x1f638;</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">蛋塔內餡減量牛奶可能會吃起來很像蒸蛋，喜歡甜可以加量糖漿（加到20g也沒可以只是熱量問題&#x1f638;）</li>



<li class="has-normal-font-size">不要期待和一般蛋撻一樣，你可以想成地瓜布丁蛋糕，也算名副其實</li>
