<p class="wp-block-paragraph">地中海飲食是全球公認的健康飲食類型<br>眾多研究指出地中海飲食可預防各種疾病<br>包括了近幾年研究主力之一「 失智 」<br>除了飲食之外，也強調了<strong>規律的運動</strong>與<strong>良好人際關係</strong><br>(講人際關係好像有點沉重?就是與他人建立良好聯繫)<br>對於整體的健康(Wellness)包括了身體和心理的健康都有長遠的效益&#x1f4aa;&#x1f3fb; </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> &#x1f449;&#x1f3fb; <strong>飲食原則重點包括</strong>    <br>✓大量蔬菜和水果，未精製作的全穀類；<br>✓優質蛋白質來自魚貝類或白肉；<br>✓適量的發酵乳品或蛋<br>✓大量好的油脂－橄欖油<br>✓調味以氣味重的蔬菜和香料，如:大蒜、洋蔥、番茄、香草類(迷迭香、百里香等)</p>
