<p class="wp-block-paragraph">       自己做鹹豆漿才會發現外面賣的都是重口味，肯定除了醬油還有鹽巴，甚至在加味精，配料蝦皮已經有鹹味，再加上菜圃，鈉含量直接衝上天際。仔細回想，每次喝外面的鹹豆漿，好像都是濃湯加鹹味而已，很少有豆漿香味的，這也難怪每次有客人吃到鹹豆漿，隔天都腫到不行&#x1f62d;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">        自製鹹豆漿非常適合當早餐，適量的調味才帶得出黃豆香，用滿滿蛋白質開啟一天，暖胃又可以飽足到中午，對於有減脂需求又愛喝熱湯人，是很不錯的選擇！重點是，作法相當之簡單！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Shed躺在口袋名單許久一直沒機會去吃，終於在去年末有幸和@flowerbyshuhan 去吃喝聊天，毫無懸念地點了雞腿溫沙拉，我對雞腿真的沒有免疫力，只要有雞腿就逃不過我的嘴(?)&#x1f357;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心想香料雞腿應該是可以想像的味道，結果<strong>出乎意料地好吃</strong>！香氣十足的無骨雞腿丁大小適中，讓調味發揮到最佳狀態，沒有過度的醃漬感甚至死鹹的程度，入味得恰到好處，生菜、雞腿、根莖澱粉與水果的比例也均衡舒服！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">實在令我印象深刻，裡面的每一個食材都吃得出用心，總之，這份沙拉體現了穠纖合度，<strong>剛剛好就是最好</strong>&#x1f60b;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">蕎麥鮮奶茶也好喝，就是麥芽牛奶的味道，熱熱喝好療癒～推薦有去大安區喝咖啡的朋朋去踏踏&#x1f463;（什麼年代的說法？)</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">據說是新款喔！好久沒有吃排骨了<br>厚實的豬排裏頭的調味很好<br>不是傳統滷排的重鹹油膩口味<br>整體鹹香搭配高麗菜絲味覺上很平衡<br>然後重點紫米飯是好吃的<br>如果一家店的飯軟硬適中<br>濕度宜人又粒粒分明(?)<br>我至少就有87%的回訪機率了<br>不像我昨天不小心煮出一鍋濕軟糙米飯QQ <br>所以我再也不煮糙米了(喂)<br></p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph"><br><strong>這種調味的方式很適合飲食控制的人</strong><br>因為現代人味覺被慣壞了需要很多調味<br>不知不覺吃進過多的負擔<br><strong>建議以食物本身的味道當作天然調味<br></strong>利用味道重的食物來替代油脂、鹽巴和醬料等<br>例如：檸檬、番茄酸味；香草、九層塔等氣味重蔬菜或香辛料等</p>
