<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">對我這種口腔期不滿足的人，稍微紮實一點的口感仍舊愛不釋口</p>



<h1 class="wp-block-heading">░ <strong>食材</strong> ░ </h1>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color"><strong>&#x1f4cc;麵皮</strong><br>1. 全麥粉150g<br>2. 中筋麵粉100g<br>3. 亞麻仁籽10g<br>4. 溫水150g<br>5. 酵母3g<br>6. 黑糖1g(給酵母吃）<br>7. 鹽巴1g</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color"><strong>&#x1f4cc;肉餡</strong><br>1. 絞肉250g<br>2. 蔥 一小把<br>3. 白胡椒1/2t<br>4. 醬油2T<br>5. 米酒1T<br>6. 紹興酒1T<br>7. 香油1T</p>



<h1 class="wp-block-heading"> ░ 作法 ░ </h1>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color"><br>1. 麵皮食材全部混勻，揉至不黏手(我用小紅攪拌機攪約10-15分鐘)</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">2. 靜置10分鐘後分成十等份</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">3. 滾圓蓋微濕的蒸籠布或放到蒸籠或電鍋發酵20分鐘</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">4. 發酵期間製作肉餡，全部肉餡食材攪拌均勻，可以湯匙用力攪拌自肉肉出黏性</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">5. 麵糰壓扁成圓形，將肉餡包入麵皮，此步驟需要技巧，本人無技巧，可以封口就好&#x1f923;</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">6. 放到蒸籠持續發酵約20-30分鐘（總發酵時間約45-60分鐘，試天氣而定）</p>



<p class="has-dark-gray-color has-text-color">7. 冷水大火蒸20分鐘，熄火悶10-15分鐘放涼再開蓋</p>

<p class="has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">&#x1f4cc; 亞麻仁籽富含omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸，是不錯的油脂來源</p>



<p>&#x1f4cc;堅果種子類若攝取有腸胃不適請自行斟酌是否要添加</p>
