<p class="wp-block-paragraph">每次都不知道等一下要吃什麼嗎？<br>如果沒有想法，朝均衡和營養的角度去選就對了！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">但如果聽完我說的大原則，反而更不知道要吃什麼，我推薦名單也不想吃，請小心！你是不是從來沒有習慣「<strong>#優先去吃身體需要的食物</strong>」如此一來肥胖、慢性病或婦科問題，各種大小毛病中終究會找上身，這樣真的值得嗎&#x1f914;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">當然，你不一定要每餐都吃得相當營養均衡，但也千萬不能每餐都吃得空有熱量，身體健康是透過飲食長期的累積，就看你累積的是健康的「資產」還是「負債」，<strong>你要享福還是還債，不過就是每次選擇結果的集結罷了</strong>～（我沒有語帶威脅喔&#x1f917;）</p>
