<p class="has-text-align-center has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">最近花很多時間調整自己身體和心的狀態<br>一眨眼今年已經過了四個月又一半，於是我刻意讓自己忙碌起來<br>讓心和身體可以慢慢適應不一樣的步調<br>想著之後如何和這些體感上的不適共存&#x1f914;<br>&#8211;<br>我愛吃也愛煮，但真的會有煮累的時候<br>經前症候群倦態發作中，啊廷說我可以不用這麼辛苦<br>這時候出門找些療癒美食來吃，我想痛痛就會飛走了～<br>&#8211;<br>天鮮輕食尚店裡用餐環境蠻舒服的，也有簡單小巧的布置<br>座位不少，感覺就算客滿也不會很壅擠，還有乾淨的洗手間<br>而且服務人員蠻親切的，介紹說食材和醬料都店家自己做的<br>整體來說這個餐點價錢我覺得非常划算…&#x1f633;<br></p>

<p class="has-text-align-center has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">自從回診說我腳麻醫生叫我去吃B群<br>我就開始煩惱要替換主食成各種全穀類<br>難得外食有不是含糖小米粥的小米哈哈<br>金黃色小米混搭毛豆、甜椒、鷹嘴豆和洋蔥，視覺和口感都很好&#x1f44d;&#x1f3fc;<br>可以做溫熱的也可以像是沙拉吃涼的<br>近期天氣轉熱清爽清爽～我很喜歡</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center has-dark-gray-blue-color has-text-color">據說是新款喔！好久沒有吃排骨了<br>厚實的豬排裏頭的調味很好<br>不是傳統滷排的重鹹油膩口味<br>整體鹹香搭配高麗菜絲味覺上很平衡<br>然後重點紫米飯是好吃的<br>如果一家店的飯軟硬適中<br>濕度宜人又粒粒分明(?)<br>我至少就有87%的回訪機率了<br>不像我昨天不小心煮出一鍋濕軟糙米飯QQ <br>所以我再也不煮糙米了(喂)<br></p>
