<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">第一：水分要夠多，蛋和水的體積比例＝1：2</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">第二：蒸蛋的碗或盤要加蓋</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">只要做到以上兩個技巧，基本上就可以蒸出一個完美無瑕的嫩蒸蛋了！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-background has-normal-font-size" style="background-color:#f6b85573">蒸蛋技巧 水嫩蒸蛋豆腐</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph">蒸蛋除了單吃之外，加入豆腐可以增加蛋白質之外，也可以增加口感的豐富度，處此之外，豆腐的營養價值更不在話下，富含完整蛋白質之外，也提供了黃豆中的植物性化合物，板豆腐或傳統豆腐也提供了鈣質，讓蒸蛋不只有雞蛋的營養，是一道接受度很高的蛋白質料理！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">調味的部分，除了醬油外，添加紫蘇油，讓口感更滑順之外，更提供了有別於雞蛋和豆腐的營養：多元不飽合脂肪酸omega-3，同蛋白質為人體必需營養素之一，也是現代人最容易缺乏的營養素之一，主要功能有抗發炎、抗氧化等，有保護人體細胞受到氧化傷害的重要生理功能！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">前陣子家裡有多的新鮮無花果，索性把他來拿作司康意外地很適合，當時就做出了這一款無蛋、減油、減糖的健康版司康。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">這次去買到一盒好酸的藍莓，被他渾圓飽滿的外表欺騙了，吃起來酸V酸V差點沒把我臉擠出皺紋了，於是就想到「來拿做司康吧！」由於藍莓還剩很多，秤了剛好的重量，做了好大一盤，切成小塊當點心再適合不過了！</p>

<li class="has-medium-font-size">將奶油微波30秒融化成液狀</li>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">我喜歡烏龍麵，特別是口感滑溜Q彈，煮熟後邊邊角角稍微有點半透明的那種。今天意外做出了家鄉的味道，湯底使用的是海鮮和蔬菜的天然甜味，健康無負擔的 海鮮鍋燒麵，作法相當簡單，當然吃完也好滿足！推薦給喜歡吃麵的你&#x1f35c;</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">這款餅乾是小時候吃不懂的味道，長大後反而特別喜歡有口感的食物，因此就愛上了牛奶棒脆硬脆硬的滋味，但老實說，外面賣的牛奶棒價格不菲，添加物也還真不少，自己研究了一番，發現其實材料可以很單純簡單，味道也不差，加了奶油和奶粉，味道就不錯，換個口味佳可可粉也很香，推薦給一樣和我口腔期不滿足的人&#x1fae2;</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">減肥可以吃炒麵嗎 ？當然可以！一般外面賣的炒麵最主要的問題是：充斥太多澱粉和油脂，通常也缺乏膳食纖維，蛋白質的量也稍嫌不足，以上狀況都不利於減脂期的人，因此如果吃了炒麵，記得當餐額外搭配蔬菜，清燙的青菜或涼拌菜是比較適合的選擇，當天其他餐或平常好好控制油脂的攝取，其實吃一餐炒麵不會有太恐怖的影響。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">當然但如果可以自己炒的話，甚至對於減脂有加分的效果，今天分享一款快速準備又很適合減脂吃的炒麵，重點是非常好吃！無心插柳柳成蔭的巨香炒麵，不要太認真煮，才會不小心煮出巨好吃的菜&#x1f602;</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">當備時間不算充裕時，麵條就是我的均衡好夥伴，今天炒麵靈魂人物是小黃瓜和絞肉，醬油炒蒜頭、乾香菇、洋蔥和絞肉就是一個字～「香」啊！最後畫龍點睛的小黃瓜完全是個驚喜，這份炒麵一點也不輸外面賣的炒麵，沒有過多的油脂和巨量的麵條，有肉有菜營養滿分，整份吃完也不膩，好喜歡飯後神清氣爽的感覺&#x1f483;</p>

<li>香菇、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥和小黃瓜切長條，蒜頭拍碎</li>



<li>用炒鍋炒散、炒香豬絞肉、乾香菇、蒜頭和洋蔥，加入紅蘿蔔</li>



<li>另煮一鍋滾水下麵條煮散，約2分鐘不用煮軟</li>



<li>將麵條移至配料炒鍋中，加半杯水和調味料們拌勻，再鋪上小黃瓜，以小火悶至收汁及麵熟入味</li>



<li>拌勻後盛盤即可！</li>
